The staff members were understanding and accommodating. The room was comfy with a balcony, had wake-up service, that's cool. It was in a central setting close to the airport.

The location was central, favourable and next to a nice restaurant.

everything is great, i enjoyed it. the location is central, near to the airport, shops, restaurants. no complaints whatsoever, i recommend this place and would stay here again.

I liked the hotel and had a good stay. The venue's location was central, close to the airport. Good food in the tapas restaurant in the vicinity. The beds were big and the rooms were individual and brand-new.

Wanted to explore Miami and this hotel was nice comfy base for doing it. I liked having a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel television and a dining area. Private bathrooms, that included a tub, were cleaned daily.

Brilliant location, fabulous room and inclusive breakfast. Hotel team was willing to help. I got free upgrade and loved it. At the main bar guests were offered burgers, pizza, salads, ice cream and chips. Near a nice beach. Incredible pool and local beach.

The staff were brilliant and the position was amazing. I liked the continental breakfast and the perfect service. The rooms were soundproof with a stylish design, plus the bathroom was modern. Location near a rocky beach. The beach nearby was good and the view was outstanding.

We loved the hotel, it was little and clean enough. The room was reasonably priced. Breakfast was simply delicious - plenty of food and hot drinks. Fast check-in and efficient customer service.

The staff was simply BRILIANT and they had comfy beds.

It deserves its 3 stars. We found a heating system, a personal safe and a coffee machine in the standard king room. Don't forget to dine at Hereford Grill, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we truly enjoyed it.

Good sized room. Nothing beats being in regency hotel miami.
